Our Maintenance Packages

Depending on the needs of your business, we offer both short and long term website maintenance packages.

Hourly Package

If you don't anticipate your website needing frequent updates, then an hourly package will suite your needs. Hourly packages are billed at a rate of $65 per hour billed in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum.

Monthly Website Maintenance Packages

If your website needs to be updated frequently, it makes sense to purchase a website maintenance package. Not only can you have peace of mind knowing your website will be updated promptly and regularly, but you'll also receive a discounted rate off our hourly packages.

Unless otherwise noted, monthly maintenance packages include:

• Quick turnaround, Priority Service
• Modify, update or create new HTML web pages.
• Addition of images to website
• Link verification
• Submission of new/updated content to search engines (when combined with our SEO maintenance services).
• Addition of a product or category (e-commerce sites only)

Website maintenance packages do not include (unless otherwise specified): global website layout changes, database programming, application (ColdFusion, PHP, ASP etc) programming or Flash animation work (this work would be quoted separately based on requirements).

† Priority service turn around times are based on revisions requiring 2 hours worth of work.

Bankable Hours

Depending on the maintenance package you select, hours which you did not use from your maintenance package will be carried over into the next month, for up to 3 months. For Example:

If you have a Silver Package and only use three (2) hours (1 carry over hour) in the first month, and then two (1) hours 2 carry over hours) in the second month, you can carry over five (3) unused hours to third month, for a total of ten (6) available hours during the third month. After the third month, unused hours will not be carried over.

Website update requests must be sent by email or via a support ticket.

We strongly discourage any third party intervention in your website code base while you are under a maintenance contract with us.
